A Walk Space is...

A Walk Space Studio is an artist-run “mobile” art space that explores the interdisciplinary intersections of the “moving image” through projects, events, exhibitions and workshops. It was incepted by multimedia artist Rahima Gambo in Abuja, Nigeria in 2019. It places process, experience, experiment and concept at the heart of its actions and productions. The space engages artists and the wider community to develop work that is unconventional and non-traditional. The studio explores the essential tools of a moving visual medium that includes words, images, sounds and storytelling to explore the role of art and artist in society.

A Walk  Space Studio is currently on the move...
